17 July 2010 Renaissance Woman Fashion Parade in Amsterdam Fashion Week Summer 2010
Elaine Campbell showed her fashion line by
models parading. In Almere they walked from Station Almere Centrum
through the Stationsstraat to Stadhuisplein and back, and in Amsterdam
from Central Station via the Nieuwendijk to the Dam and back through Damrak.

2 July 2010 Exhibition: "Fashion in Motion"
Fashion in Motion
Exhibition presents some of the
creative expressions by Elaine Campbell. These include fashion drawings,
photographs from The Renaissance Woman
Fashion Show and Poetry in Print.
The formal opening of the Exhibition takes place at 02/07/2010 at 4pm
in
Passage C in the City Hall of Almere. You are invited to this event. The
Exhibition will stay in the City Hall until 30/07/2010. You can visit
the Exhibition during opening hours of the City Hall (Stadhuis): 9:00 AM
- 5:00 PM.
The Exhibition at Belfort (Almere) is renewed and continues
parallel to the City Hall Exhibition (see also the message of 31 march 2010).

17 April 2010 Fashion Show
E.M. Campbell launched her new fashion collection
in Almere at the Kunstlinie (Schouwburg building)
This collection is made up of 65 individual and unique but wearable
designs of high fashion for "The Renaissance Woman". There were 37
models in the show. The majority of the models have been recruited from
and trained in Almere by Elaine Campbell.

The opening of the
evening's event was done by His
Excellence Judge Patrick Robinson, the President of the International
Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, and author of “Jamaican
Althletics – A model for the World”.
The Mayor of Almere, burgemeester Annemarie Jorritsma-Lebbink attended
the show.
Anna Chruscinska, a young Polish photographer/Master student in Paris
and winner of last year's French Photographic Award, was the main
photographer of the event.
The show was filmed by Kim Bruitsman en Eva Hulscher, two outstanding
students at the Open Studio academy. Star student Sylvia Stam and 2
other students of ROC Lelystad, were booked to the do make-up. Hair was
done by Joana Rosa of Almere, music by DJ Joachim van Dijk, lightening
by De Kunstlinie and directions by Dr. Frans Papma. The launching of
the E.M. Campbell Fashion collection was supported by Almere
Citymarketing.
31 March 2010 Launch of Belfort square drawings exhibition
Elaine Campbell exhibits 10 drawings at Belfort, in Citymall 036 in Almere (Netherlands). For these special art expressions, the owner of the shops at the Belfort square, Unibail-Rodamco, made available a 14 meters wide display window. Besides the drawings, at Belfort square also two fashion designs are being exhibited.

17 February 2010 Model selection
Today's E. M. Campbell Model Selection was a success. Of the 63 invited candidates, 50 showed up. At least 30 of them will be invited to feature on the 17 April Fashion Show. Read a report about the selection in Almere Vandaag.
21 January 2010 - Preparation for the Fashion Show
Almere Vandaag, a local news paper, published an article about the preparations of the Fashion Show. Elaine Campbell called for models to perform in the show. Many models have reacted; the registration of models is closed now.
